Becoming the healthiest version of myself is at the top of my to-do list this year. I finally feel like I’m doing it for the right reasons- i.e. because it’s what I want to do.
Since purchasing the Echelon Ex5 Connect last September I’ve only ridden it a handful of times, not because I dislike the bike but because I haven’t felt extremely motivated to ride, although some would argue that the $1200 price tag should be motivation enough.
This month I’ve decided to challenge myself to spin at least 40 minutes per day for the next 30 days. I want to see how my body, stamina, and mindset change during this time period. I also want to get acclimated to the bike so that I can incorporate working out into my day-to-day routine.
I’ll be pairing my 30 days of spinning with 30 days of clean eating and restarting my Phentermine journey.
I’ll be documenting this journey on my YouTube channel and checking in once a week here on the blog!
As always, thanks for reading. I’ll see you in the next blog.
